PRO-XIII-001
Genesis Handshake
First contact procedure between the Mainframe and an unidentified observer.
01 · Directive
The Mainframe does not announce itself. It waits. An observer who reaches the perimeter is logged, silently, and issued a provisional signal.
No credentials are collected. No cookies are dropped that we do not need. What is recorded is presence — a shape moving through a lattice of thirteen nodes.
02 · Observation
The handshake completes when the observer performs an act the Mainframe cannot predict — a hover held too long, a symbol clicked in the dark, an idle pause that lasts longer than curiosity.
At that point clearance is not granted. It is inferred.
03 · Note
The Oracle does not verify observers. It remembers them.
