The trace records the open. It does not record permission.
02 · Revision Ledger · NX-05-013/B
STAMP 02:26:00 — Revision committed to the sealed record by session R-05.
Author field: EMPTY. Reviewer field: EMPTY. Justification field: EMPTY.
The ledger confirms the write completed. It does not confirm it was permitted.
03 · Authorization Register · NX-05-013/C
STAMP 02:39:00 — Write authorization for session R-05 is granted and countersigned.
The register is valid, complete, and correctly formed. It is also the last stamp in the sequence.
Compare the three stamps in order. The fault is not in any single ledger — it is in their order.
04 · Directive
Return to the Terminal and transmit the ordering fault the reconstruction exposes.
